We are always hearing so much talk about rising costs, it is nice to hear about reductions for a change. Matson has announced they are reducing the ocean fuel surcharge effective this Sunday. This will be the third reduction in the last two months. The surcharge is still sizable unfortunately. It is being reduced two percentage points to 40.5%.
