Weather and the holidays have had a ripple affect to some vessel arrivals in Honolulu. Shipments on the two most recent departures from Long Beach may have a one day delay on delivery. Last Wednesday’s 12/02 departure (RJP-408W) that should have arrived last night, arrived this morning in Honolulu. This past Saturday’s Long Beach 12/05 departure (MKA-314W) that is supposed to arrive in Honolulu on Wednesday night will instead arrive Thursday morning. Allowing time for labor to unload the vessels, most containers will not be available for timely delivery.
We will do all we can to expedite the deliveries in order to minimize any issues the vessel delays may cause.
Please be advised that there may be more of these types of delays later this month as we get into the holiday season.
