Pick Up Cutoff

Southern California, General Cargo Pickups: Aloha can schedule a load ready time up to 2:00 pm.
• Pickup request notifications received by 2:00 pm for zones 2-10 are same day origins.
• Pickup request notifications received by 1:00 pm for zones 12 & 14 are next day origins.
• Pickup requests called in after designated times will result in ‘best efforts’ to make service.
General freight received in the Aloha terminal by 4:00 pm on Tue and Fri properly packed and documented will make the Wed and Sat sailings respectively.
Please note that hazardous material freight must be in the Aloha terminal one day (24 hours) prior to general freight cut-off.
