Update 8/16/12: The vessel departed later than anticipated. The estimated arrival in Honolulu will be 1300 on Monday. We will not have any shipments available for Monday delivery. We will attempt to make most of our deliveries on Tuesday. Matson is still holding the barge connections to the Neighbor Islands. Please expect a day delay beyond normal delivery schedule.)
Due to severe weather in the western Pacific, the vessel that regularly runs the midweek sailing will be arriving late into Long Beach from its Asia origin. By the time it is discharged, loaded and transits to Honolulu, it will not arrive until Monday morning, at least 12 hours behind schedule. Most of our deliveries in Honolulu that are usually accomplished on Monday will likely deliver on Tuesday morning. Barge schedules will be adjusted accordingly to minimize delays to neighbor island availability. We will do our best to expedite all shipments and minimize any inconvenience this may cause.
